- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, oil, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Stir until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour half the batter into the loaf pan, drizzle with half the hot fudge, then add the rest of the batter and swirl in the remaining fudge.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a rack. Drizzle with extra hot fudge before serving.
Notes
Don’t overmix the batter; it should be slightly lumpy for best texture.
You can use store-bought or homemade hot fudge sauce.
Try adding crushed walnuts for a nutty twist!
