How to Make the Perfect Nutella Toast Pies at Home

Quick, easy, and delicious, these Nutella Toast Pies are perfect for a sweet breakfast, snack, or dessert. Made with just a few pantry staples, they're crisp on the outside and rich with gooey Nutella inside.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 slices sandwich bread white or wheat
  • 6 tbsp Nutella or more to taste
  • 1 –2 tbsp butter for toasting
  • Optional: sliced bananas strawberries, mini marshmallows
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Method
 

  1. Use a rolling pin to flatten each slice of bread. Trim crusts if desired.
  2. Spread 1 tablespoon of Nutella onto the center of each slice.
  3. Add optional fillings like banana or strawberry slices on top of Nutella.
  4. Fold the bread over and seal the edges with a fork or press with a cutter.
  5. Lightly butter both sides of the sealed toast pie.
  6. Toast on a skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  7. Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.

Notes

For crispier pies, use a panini press or air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for 5–7 minutes.
Nutella should be at room temperature for smooth spreading.
Great with a side of cold milk or hot coffee!
