unsweetened applesauce

large eggs

plain Greek yogurt

Optional: ¼ cup chopped walnuts or dark chocolate chips

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together mashed banana, applesauce, eggs, yogurt, and vanilla until smooth.
Stir in grated zucchini.
Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix until just combined.
Fold in optional walnuts or chocolate chips.
Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 45–50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
