- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and creamy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Mix until combined.
- Gradually mix in dry ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop about 2 tbsp of dough per cookie onto the baking sheet, spaced 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 9–11 minutes, or until edges are golden and centers look just set.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
